The LawExpand team is a seasoned group of technology veterans with decades of experience building and operating technology companies.

We are unique in the LegalTech market as our solutions were designed by a practicing Lawyer and are used on a daily basis to drive the growth and success of my law firm, Next Law.

The solutions are proven. The impact is significant.

We are getting ready to launch our solutions to the LegalTech market in North America in Q3, 2018.

Daniel Joffe, CEO & Co-Founder

Daniel Joffe is CEO and Co-Founder of LawExpand and a practicing lawyer at Next Law Professional Corporation. Daniel has more than 20 years of startup and technology business experience. Daniel holds a JD (LLB) / MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School & the Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto.

Jonathan Cohen, President & Co-Founder

Jonathan Cohen is President and Co-Founder of LawExpand. Jonathan has 20+ years of experience in product design, development, and implementation in various technology companies. Jonathan earned an Honors BA in Mass Communications and Political Science from York University, Toronto.

Vernon Lun, CTO & Co-Founder

Vernon Lun is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of LawExpand. Vernon has a 25+ year track record in building tech development teams and creating and managing cutting-edge technology. Vernon holds a holds B.Sc., M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Tony Lee, VP Technology & Co-Founder

Anthony Lee is Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder of LawExpand. Anthony has over 25 years of cloud, server and programming experience. Anthony holds a B.Sc (Honours) degree in Computer Science from the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
